About this Blog

I am a woman of faith.  I believe in eternal life and that our bodies are mortal and will die just as Mark's did. Our souls however are immortal and live on eternally. Since Mark's passing,  I have humbly asked our Lord Jesus Christ to hear this Mother's prayer for mercy, peace and rest for my son's soul.  And, that if it be His will, to please let Mark know that I am still praying for him just as I have done his entire life. 

 

Why? Mark needs prayers just as he did when he was alive on this earth. Perhaps now more than ever.   Mark can no longer pray for himself.  He doesn't  have any opportunity to correct mistakes, heal from broken relationships, get healthy, turn his 'life' around where needed, make amends, raise his son or confess his faith in the Lord Jesus.  

 

But thankfully, our God is eternal and outside of time and our constraints.  This means He can hear and answer prayer even now.  Is there any doubt that God indeed wills Mark eternally live on in Heaven with Him, his Creator?  None.

My thoughts are reflective and personal and I invite you to share my journey.   And, to pray for my son and our family.   There are many wounds to be healed, forgiveness to be given and love to be had.   Lord, have mercy on Mark and on us.
